1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

3. No Guarantees or Promises of Results

Tokyo Asset Lab Co., Ltd. makes no guarantees, warranties, or promises regarding: the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any analysis, visualization, or report generated through our platform; specific outcomes, results, or benefits from using our services; the suitability or applicability of our services for any particular purpose or decision; or the continued availability or performance of specific platform features. Users expressly acknowledge and agree that all data, analysis, and visualizations provided through our platform are for reference purposes only and should not serve as the sole basis for any decision. 6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Japan, Tokyo Asset Lab Co., Ltd., its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to: your use of or inability to use our platform; any decisions made or actions taken based on information obtained through our services; unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss; or any third-party actions or content encountered through our platform. Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to our services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for conduct that we believe: violates these Terms and Conditions; is harmful to other users, our business interests, or third parties; involves fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or compromises platform security or integrity. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.
12. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tokyo Asset Lab Co., Ltd. regarding your use of our platform, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
